The Team
Bryan Sparrow, B.Sc. P.Geo.
Founded EGS in 2018 with an aim to integrate geoscientific expertise within natural resources sector to support project development in a cost-effective, efficient, and engaging consultation practice. He has worked in the natural resources industry for over 20 years with government, exploration and mining, and consultation organizations.

Erin Cullen, M.E.Sc. P.Eng.
Erin joined EGS in 2025 and brings considerable project management and engineering expertise within the mining and natural resource industry. Having worked at global mining and consulting firms, she is adept at simplifying complex processes into standard operational workflows and moving projects forward. Erin has over 15 years experience in working with government, mining, and engineering consulting firms.

Stephen Willcott, B.Sc. G.I.T.
Steve joined EGS in 2024 and adds steady project management with a full suite of abilities in day to day operations. Steve has worked in oil and gas offshore and in mineral exploration and brings with him a project minded focus and an ability to hone in on the path forward. Steve has over 25 years experience working with oil and gas companies, international mining companies, and national junior exploration companies.
